Blackberry Gin Fizz

• 50ml Riverside Blackberry Gin liqueur
• 50ml Club soda
• Squeeze of lime juice
• Teaspoon of sugar
• Sprig of thai basil or sweet basil to garnish
• Blackberries

Grind blackberries and sugar together.

Let sugar dissolve.

Stir ingredients over ice, strain and serve.

Garnish with thai basil or sweet basil.
